Package Design Expertise

We manufacture our own laminations in-house. Technipaq maintains an extensive selection of custom stock laminates on hand. This allows Technipaq to produce hundreds of different foil/film combinations for any of the sterilization cycles widely used by our medical device, diagnostic, pharmaceutical and healthcare packaging customers.

Validation & Testing Support

We adhere to the most stringent requirements for the highest level of sampling, inspection, documentation and training all the way down the line to produce extremely reliable packaging products and solutions for the medical device, diagnostic and pharmaceutical markets we serve. We do the testing in our in-house laboratory and conduct trials and validations as well as short pilot runs to ensure seal strength, porosity, burst, abrasion and puncture resistance.

Family Owned

Phil Rosenburg founded Technipaq in 1984. Phil had an affinity for the medical device market and wanted to focus on medical device, diagnostic and pharmaceutical packaging. Selling his interest in his first packaging company, Technipaq was born. Technipaq is a family affair, which extends to its employees and customers. Phil’s stated goal in starting the business was to satisfy customers and provide a great place to work for the employees.
